Thank you for commissioning the artist who created the Christmas Snow Scene between First Galleries and Concorde Room this Festive Season. I absolutely loved it and it put a smile on my face every time I walked past it. I lost count of how many compliments the artwork received from both staff and passengers and loved watching people take their own photos too. This Unique piece of art should definitely be commended for having had the most impact on myself, of any previous Christmas decorations that have been displayed the 8 years I've been with BA and the other airlines and terminals I’ve worked over the last 3 decades.

I have worked with Nicole since 2014 at My 1st Years. In 2020 she then created her own agency to widen her offering to us and all clients. We still continue to work with her today via her agency Thirty8 London. They are collaborative with our in-house team to achieve great results using their expertise, fresh thinking and wealth of contacts.
